Terms of Service
Fees
Payment for your session is due on the day of your appointment prior to your scheduled time. Payments for virtual appointments can be made via e-transfer to info@therapyintegralis.ca. Cash and credit are also accepted for in-person appointments.
Insurance
Therapy Integralis does not bill your extended health insurance plan directly. Once payment for your appointment is received, you will be sent a receipt, which can be submitted to your health insurance plan for reimbursement. Please ensure that your extended health insurance plan covers services provided by a psychotherapist. If you identify as Inuit or First Nations and have a valid status card number, you may qualify for Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB), which will cover mental health services provided through Therapy Integralis.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Otherwise, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of the total cost of the appointment payable via e-transfer to info@therapyintegralis.ca. Exceptional circumstances do occur where cancellations are made on short notice. These cases will be addressed on an individual basis.
