The key to every successful relationship is communication. Our early childhood experiences help to inform how we relate to ourselves and others. We often times carry these patterns of relating into each and every one of our relationships. I collaborate with couples to explore these patterns of relating, negotiate needs and expectations, and journey with them as they work towards enhancing their sense of happiness and wellbeing.
